Lainey's Hat -- a loom knit pattern

This “straight up sideways” hat is created using short rows. The pattern includes instructions for making a hats with a cuffed brim or a beanie without a brim. Here are the yarn weights and loom gauge for each:
Worsted weight [4] = 3/8" gauge loom, like the Flexee Loom Links Skinny (purple) or Knitting Board’s Multi-Knit Adjustable Loom with pegs in every hole
Bulky weight [5] = 1/2” gauge loom, like the Flexee Loom Links Regular (orange)
Super bulky weight [6] = 3/4" gauge loom, like the yellow round 41-peg Knifty Knitter loom or Knitting Board’s Multi-Knit Adjustable Loom with fat pegs in every other hole

Lainey's Hat uses approximately 130 yards of a bulky [5] acrylic yarn. Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Chunky in the Painted Canyon colorway was used in the sample. The worsted weight [4] sample used 210 yards of I Love This Yarn Print in the Moody Mosaic colorway. The super bulky weight [6] striped sample used 50 yards each of Hometown USA super bulky [6] yarn in the Cincinnati Red, Fort Worth Blue, and New York White colorways.

Because of the short row construction, the pattern is suitable for an intermediate loom knitter.
